Super Math is an interactive, fast-paced educational web game designed to help children practice basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) in a fun, engaging, and distraction-free environment.

How to Play

Objective: The player has 120 seconds to correctly determine whether the math equations displayed on the screen are true or false, earning as many points as possible.

Incorrect Answer: -5 points (accompanied by a buzzer and screen shaking effect). The score never goes below zero.

Game Cycle: The game begins with a 3-second countdown. When the timer starts, players must quickly evaluate the equations and click the “TRUE” (✅) or “FALSE” (❌) buttons.

Smart Math Engine (Difficulty Logic)

The game uses a special algorithm to create questions that truly test a child’s mental math skills. It avoids trivial questions like 7 – 0 or 1 + 2.

Addition: Both numbers are randomly generated but kept between 4 and 25. The final sum may exceed 25, but the individual numbers are familiar to the age group.

Subtraction: The first number (minuend) is always between 12 and 25, encouraging practice with double-digit subtraction. The second number is at least 4, guaranteeing a non-trivial calculation.

Convincing “False” Answers: When the game decides to show a “False” equation, it doesn’t generate a completely random number. Instead, the actual answer changes by only 1, 2, or 3 points (for example, showing 24 – 9 = 16 instead of 15). This forces the child to actually calculate the math, rather than guessing based on obvious discrepancies.
